Empire Holdings Group Inc., the parent company of ICNA Re, is owned by four individuals with over 100 combined years of experience in the bail bond industry. Gary and Bradley Williams, Rafael Agliata and Eric Valentin formed this partnership to extend their bail bond activities into the insuring of bail bonds.

Mr. Agliata and Mr. Valentin founded Blaze Bail Bonds in 2001. Blaze currently operates with nearly 60 full-time employees in multiple locations. Mr. Agliata and Mr. Valentin both have extensive experience in the bail bond industry.

Gary Williams founded Williams National Surety Co.(WNSC) in 1957. WNSC underwrites bail bonds throughout the United States. Executive management is exercised by Williams’ founder Gary Williams and his son Bradley Williams both of whom have extensive experience in the bail bond business.

Bridget Kutz joined the Empire Holdings Group in September, 2006. Initially Ms. Kutz was tasked with the job of gaining regulatory approval and assisting in the closing transaction of the purchase of International Credit of North America Reinsurance Inc. (ICNA Re). Upon the purchase Ms. Kutz was elected President of ICNA Re Inc.

Ms. Kutz has more than 30 years experience in the insurance industry with various standard, and excess and surplus lines insurance companies, including Scottish & York, Penn-America, American Reliance, Kemper Insurance. She began her career as an underwriter and rose to the position of vice president of Field Underwriting. She also was the Vice President of the P&C division of a large agency for three years. She then shifted her career focus to operations as director of operations for Kemper Insurance Group and then at Penn-America as AVP of Underwriting Administration.

Ms. Kutz holds a B.S. degree in Education from The College of New Jersey and the CPCU professional designation from the American Institute of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters.
